Purchased this guitar last year after introduction.  As an owner of a Takamine F349 in 1987 it was time for another Tak!  Boy, did we hit the mother load with this one.  Aesthetically it's beautiful with the Blue Gradation and the Blue Rose fretboard inlay.  It is hanging beside two "M" LTD OMCE Blue Edge Burst.  I'll reach for the Tak first every time.  I have 27 acoustic guitars, Guild-D-55, Alvarez, Alvarez Masterworks and Alvarez Yairi's, three "M"'s and this guitar is everything those other one's are and more.  I figure out songs and write an occasional one at times.  Like any acoustic, it has a sound all it's own and I love the CT4 DX Preamp which delivers exceptional plugged in sound and a finite accurate tuner.  Action and playability right out of the case was phenomenal!  Everything you expect from the Master Luthiers at Takamine.  I think I'll play it after dinner!

Update:  The "Blue Rose" is a thing of beauty, articulation and ease of playability.  I own many acoustics, but this guitar is exactly what I imagined.  And now, I have the reality of enjoying it anytime I get the urge.  Great job Takamine.  I wear my Blue Takamine Polo shirt with pride and people know what that word means!

I just ordered one.    How do i clean the fretboard?  Will lemon oil wipe off the natural blue plant dye?
