G Series GJ72CE/GJ72CE-12 Demo by Jake Allen

Jake Allen rocks out on two of Takamine's affordable yet powerful jumbo guitars: the GJ72CE (available in both Natural and Brown Sunburst) and its 12-string companion, the GJ72CE-12 (also available in Natural and Brown Sunburst). These guitars have much in common, starting with their mighty jumbo body style that can handle the most powerful strumming for pop, rock, country, Regional Mexican music and more. Featuring a solid spruce top and flame maple back and sides, these models produce all the volume and robust sound that players expect from a jumbo guitar. The slim maple neck and 12"-radius bound laurel fingerboard provide great feel and playability, while the onboard Takamine TK-40D preamp system gives you a built-in tuner, three-band EQ and gain controls, mid contour switch, notch filter and EQ bypass switch for the ultimate in versatility and sound quality. Other great features include a synthetic bone nut and split bridge saddle, black walnut headcap, abalone rosette, abalone "reversed mountain" inlay at the 12th fret, gold die-cast tuners with pearl buttons, and a beautiful gloss finish.
