Spotlight: G Series GF49CE

There are as many different styles of guitar as there are genres of music… or types of people, for that matter. That’s why Takamine makes so many varieties of body shapes, finishes, and feature sets, giving everyone something that they can relate to as musicians. With the G Series GF49CE, you get a guitar with a tough and sleek look that harkens back to Takamine's ‘80s-era heritage. This guitar isn’t just a typical strummer or picker; it’s a rocker, with a Cosmic Black Sparkle finish and contrasting red binding. Beneath the distinctive color set lives a great FX-sized cutaway with a spruce top and sapele back and sides. This combination gives the GF49CE tremendous warmth and volume. The neck is sleek, and it showcases Takamine's legendary playability. Of course, it might get loud… a task easily accomplished when you plug it in, using its built-in TP-3G electronics with volume, 3-band EQ, and built-in tuner. Turn it up!
