Don't listen to me. I am just joking. Maybe in due time, when you are ready to buy again, they will have improved on what is already a great thing. They seem to be doing that, and doing very good at it.

Can anybody explain what DC-1 Bracing is? Is it a kind of X Bracing used in Pro line? What does DC stand for? D body Cut? Just curious for what DC-1 in my EAN10C really is. EF341SC also has the same DC-1 bracing.

Tom W.

DC-1 bracing is Dreadnought Cutaway (DC) x-bracing.

I just got to discover the Takamine EF341sc in review by Jake, reverb and Amazon. Surprisingly, I noticed I am loosing sleep over it already and wanting it so deeply. Though just got a G series barely a year and buying another isn't in sight.

I have been imagining the timbre in my head, the softness of Cedar in  beautiful union with Maple's bright and clear sound.

I can't say if this feeling is right but I know it's good to invest in positive passion/craft inspite of my agreement with my wife not to buy one soon. Wishing could be silly but I'm trusting God for a timely provision of this. Can anyone help?

Yes!! Get a divorce and buy what you want to buy, whenever you want.
